On the occasion of the 2026 Teacher’s Day, ‌Sunway Corporate Academy‌ successfully hosted the Outstanding Lecturers Commendation Ceremony for Teacher’s Day and the Certification Ceremony for craftsmen at all tiers recognized under the 2025 Xiangzhou District "Ten-Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand" Skilled Talent Development Initiative. Ms. Liu Shujuan, Deputy Director of Xiangzhou District Human Resources Development and Management Service Center, and Mr. Li Yongdong, Division Head of the Center, attended the event as invited guests, joining the company’s senior management team, all distinguished internal lecturers, and certified craftsmen across tiers to witness this moment of collective distinction.

During the ceremony, company executives extended festive greetings and profound respect to all internal lecturers and skilled crafts practitioners, and delivered high recognition for the academy’s long-standing achievements in talent cultivation. Since its inception, ‌Sunway Corporate Academy‌ has consistently aligned its operations with the enterprise’s strategic development requirements, establishing a core platform for internal knowledge exchange, technical capability empowerment, and systematic talent incubation. Focusing on critical positions in injection molding, mold manufacturing and other core business segments, the academy continuously delivers high-caliber skilled personnel for the enterprise through multi-channel initiatives including in-house training programs, industry-academia collaboration, and government-enterprise joint development partnerships. After years of sustained dedicated operation, the academy has accumulated a total of 5,800 completed training person-sessions, developed 70 certified internal lecturers; and cultivated 126 senior mold technicians, 320 intermediate mold technicians, and 153 specialized skilled personnel across various technical disciplines.

This ceremony primarily conducted centralized official commendation for the 2026 cohort of outstanding lecturers, as well as craftsmen at all tiers recognized under the 2025 Xiangzhou District "Ten-Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand" Skilled Talent Development Initiative. A total of 55 employees of the enterprise were awarded official craft honors in this program, including 1 municipal-level certified craftsman, 4 district-level certified craftsmen, and 50 enterprise-level certified craftsmen.
